Guest Orientation Request
For first-time dog guests, we require a complimentary two-hour orientation session before your scheduled arrival. This visit gives us the opportunity to get to know your dog’s personality in a boarding environment and ensure a comfortable fit. During the session, we’ll also take time to learn about you and your pet to make sure we understand your expectations.
Please schedule this session well in advance of your boarding date.
Provide the requested information in the guest orientation form for you and your pet. One Guest Orientation request covers up to five pets. Thank you!
